Mitchell P. Finkelstein, a partner in our Toronto office, practises corporate/commercial and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He represents clients on domestic and cross-border take-over bids and business combinations, acquisitions and dispositions of private companies, offerings of equity, debt and structured products and bank and mortgage financings. He acts extensively in the real estate investment trust field and also advises clients on securities regulation and corporate governance.

Gregory G. Southam, a partner in our Toronto office, practises in the areas of commercial real estate, infrastructure, banking and corporate/commercial law. He represents clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including share and asset acquisitions, public-private infrastructure projects, construction matters, debt financings, gaming matters and acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate holdings.
