Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg is ranked first among Canadian law firms and 10th in the world by Bloomberg's M&A Legal Advisory League Table rankings for global announced deals through the first three quarters of 2008 and 5th in the world as counsel to principles.

According to Bloomberg, Davies has advised on 34 transactions worth more than US$215 billion through the first three quarters of 2008.
