Before starting the recruitment process, the only thing I knew about Davies was its prestigious reputation. Afterwards, I realized that Davies was indeed a firm of high quality, but that it had much more to offer than intellectually challenging work experiences. I really felt that Davies was the law firm for me when I met lawyers that were already talking to me as if I was one of them. Leaving the office, I wanted only to return.
