Hiring Philosophy
 
 


Our goal is to hire exceptional students who share our commitment to excellence. We want candidates who are bright, well-rounded, interested in what we do with strong academic and non-academic achievements. Diversity in background, experiences and perspectives is a valued asset. Our students have degrees in Art History, Political Science, Literature, Commerce, Engineering, History and Classics and have a wide range of experiences, personal interests and passions. This diversity of educational backgrounds and experience adds to the strength of our team because everyone brings his or her own unique perspective to the table. There is no hiring mold. Instead we look at the entire package, choosing unique individuals who are motivated to learn. What all our students have in common is a passion and desire to work in a dynamic environment where the emphasis is on teamwork. We are committed to our student program as the primary source of new lawyers and we hire students anticipating they will become partners of the firm as early as in December following the second anniversary of their year of call.
