Bonnie Roe is a partner in the corporate group in New York. Bonnie's practice focuses on U.S. securities law and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings and financings.
For over 25 years, Bonnie has represented publicly traded companies in a variety of transactions, including securities offerings, acquisitions, and complex financial structuring transactions. She represents both issuers and underwriters or placement agents in public and private cross-border offerings of debt and equity. She provides advice on corporate governance and executive compensation. Bonnie's clients include U.S. and Canadian issuers, investment firms and privately held companies. She has counselled hedge funds, private equity funds, investment advisors, banks and insurance companies.
